In today's staff meeting I learnt how important it is to start my day by eating that frog.
I know many of us procrastinate over things we just don't want to tackle. So this morning’s meeting showed me how anxiety can build if I leave the tasks I just don't want to do.
The idea of the frog is to encourage me to get the hard stuff out of the way & leaves me to finish my day always on a high.
It is a quote from Mark Twain "Eat a live frog every morning, and nothing worse will happen to you the rest of the day"
